Registration Instructions:
- Click this link to take you to our Max Solutions webpage: https://www.maxsolutionsonline.com/mid-southicehouse/Customer/secured/CustomerLogin.aspx
- Click "Request Account." You are creating a new username for this system.
- Please fill out the information for the Primary/Parent/Guardian first, then add more family members at the bottom by clicking 'Add.' Please add family members before you register for programs. If you try to register for a program first, your account will have to update before you can add family members (might take up to 10 minutes to update).
- Log in and select which program you would like to register for. (LTS, FSA, TOI, LTPH)
